Welcome to Refill Pantry SD! These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) are a legal agreement between you and Refill Pantry SD that covers your use of our website (refillpantrysd.com) and all purchases. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

- Product Safety & Refill Disclaimer: Our products are intended for their stated use (e.g., body, home). We are not responsible for any misuse of our products. For in-store refills, you are responsible for providing clean, appropriate, and non-contaminated containers. Refill Pantry SD is not liable for contamination or damage that occurs after the product is transferred into your container.
2. Buying Products (eCommerce Sales)
This section outlines the process for purchasing items from our sustainable online store.
- Pricing & Payment: All prices are in US Dollars (USD). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We accept major payment methods as listed on our checkout page.
- Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or limit any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Final Sale & Returns: Due to the nature of refillable and personal care goods, opened items are generally final sale for hygiene reasons, except for products damaged during shipping. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns policies page.
