To keep our sustainable model clean and avoid product contamination, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Refill or Bulk Items: Any liquid, food, or item sold by weight or volume.
- Personal Care Items: Soap, dental care (toothbrushes, tablets, floss), deodorant, skincare, and reusable menstrual products.
- Sale Items or Gift Cards.
- Items that have been opened or used.

If an item just isn’t quite right for you, we have a fun, zero-waste challenge for you:
- Pass It On: Gift it to a neighbor, friend, or family member who might use it!
- Repurpose: Can a cloth be a cleaning rag? Can a jar hold desk supplies? Get creative!
- Donate: Check your local community groups (like a Buy Nothing group) or charity shop.

✅ Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
If an item is damaged upon arrival, or if we sent you the wrong product, we are here to fix it quickly.
- Timeframe: You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof: Please email us at [Your Email] with your order number and a photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Resolution: We will happily offer a replacement (if available) or a full refund/store credit, including shipping costs.
